Referrals triaging

Please note that given we are a very busy specialist practice we are unable to triage every referral that is sent to us. We would greatly appreciate that if you deem the referral urgent, to please contact us at the rooms or indicate on your referral the urgency. 

We ask that the patient calls our rooms to book the appointment and ensure the referral has been received.
N.B. We must have a referral in order to make a booking. 

We have created dedicated referral forms for your convenience – one for consultation and one for direct access endoscopy.
